·       7 on 7 games.

 

·       No take out checks!

 

·       25 minute running halves.

 

·       Each team will get 1 timeout per game. No time out can be taken with less than 5 minutes in either half.  

 

·      Any game that ends in a tie, we will play 1 five (5) minute sudden death O.T.  After which the game will end at a tie.

 

·      No swearing

 

·       No fighting

 

·       Everyone plays

 

·      Penalty Minutes:  30 second penalties will be 45 seconds, any 1 minute penalties will be 1 minute 30 seconds due to running clock. Penalty’s do not start until you are in the penalty box and have taken a knee. 

 

·       No more than 3 long sticks on the field at one time.
